Terms & Conditions
As a customer of Punky B we encourage you to read carefully the following terms and conditions. If you proceed to visit and/or place an order using this site, you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Delivery
Once your order has been received, your goods will be packed ready for dispatch within two business days, with the exception of very busy times, such as after a trade fair. At these times an order may take up to one week to pack. You will then receive an invoice which will include the cost of freight. It is your responsibility to check the details of the invoice, as goods out of stock will be removed from your order.
Once confirmation of payment has been received your order will be dispatched by the next business day. Once orders have been dispatched, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
Returns
We will offer a credit note under the following conditions:
- Item(s) can be returned if damaged. The items must be returned and be received by us within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit.
- A credit note will not be issued until the items are received by us.
- We are unable to provide a credit on unwanted goods.
