Terms & Conditions

As a customer of Punky B we encourage you to read carefully the following terms and conditions. If you proceed to visit and/or place an order using this site, you understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Delivery

Once your order has been received, your goods will be packed ready for dispatch within two business days, with the exception of very busy times, such as after a trade fair. At these times an order may take up to one week to pack. You will then receive an invoice which will include the cost of freight. It is your responsibility to check the details of the invoice, as goods out of stock will be removed from your order.

Once confirmation of payment has been received your order will be dispatched by the next business day. Once orders have been dispatched, we do not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen goods.

Please note that all "Free shipping" offers are only valid for domestic deliveries (Australia) unless specified otherwise.

Returns

All Punky B jewellery and orders must pass a number of Quality Control checks before it leaves our warehouse to ensure all our products are not faulty and packed correctly for shipping.

If your Punky B purchase is shown to have a fault or is the wrong item, Punky B will gladly provide a replacement of that item at no cost to you.  Please forward in writing (email is accepted), a description of the fault or wrong item received, including a photograph demonstrating the error.  We will then arrange to send a new item, at our cost.

Punky B may ask you to return the item by regular post, if so, the cost will be met by Punky B. 

We recommend you inspect your purchased goods, as this warranty expires 60 days after the initial order date.

Punky B will not offer an exchange or refund on items for damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use.  Please see the Caring for your Jewellery guide for instructions on proper care and handling of your Punky B jewellery.  We will also not provide any refund or credit for change of mind reasons.

Promotional offers and discounts.

Unless specified otherwise, promotional offers, discounts and vouchers are to be used separately and cannot be used in conjuction with any other offer or discount.

Caring for your Jewellery

Fashion jewellery requires special care to ensure it remains in good condition. Punky B recommends the following:

 

Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or water.

 

When not worn, store flat and away from sunlight.

 

A polishing cloth will help maintain the beautiful finish.
